Organic cultivation is a production method based on :
- maintaining the soil fertility brought by humus
- stimulating microbial activity
- using no synthetic  insecticids, weed-killers nor synthetic fungicids

Our goal is -  while protecting environment -  to provide consumers healthy wines even if they sometimes show some visual defects as a slight tartaric sedimen.
