Having noticed that almost every French region produces walnuts wine and peach tree leaves wine we decided to elaborate these high quality aperitifs.
These aperitifs are based on wine and walnuts or peach tree leaves growing on our property, harvested at the right time, macerated and then aged in oak barrels.
