Soil work

Rows are mechanically ploughed in turn in the course of April. Vegetal invaded row being worked the year after.
High quality compost is moderately spread out during spring.

Treatment

Cupric hydroxide and oxychloride are used against mildew, black rot and brown rot.  Melted sulphur and powdered sulphur against powdery mildew. Nettles  and ferns liquid manures so as various seaweeds strengthen plants towards various diseases and insects.
